Creating Master Group and Call Center Staff

How To Create a New Mastergroup (Call Center) Staff Account

  1. Click Manage Users.
  2. Click the Add New User button.
  3. Select Master Group Staff.
  4. Type the staff person's email address in the Email field.
  5. Click Search.
    • If an account exists associated with that email address, you'll be able to view their profile information. If this user already has an Office Staff account, please reach out to support@par8o.com.

      OR
    • If an account does not exist, click the Create New Staff button that now appears on your screen.
  6. Under Profile Information, type the staff member's first name, last name, and email address. For clients that use single sign on to access par8o, select the checkbox next to Do Not Send Account Creation Email
  7. If applicable, under Call Center:
    • Select the applicable Call Center for this user 
  8. Do not select anything under Client Admin Authorization (optional) unless this staff member should have access to reporting or Client Admin data management functionality
  9. Click Save
