Using Import Filed Log
Error logs and full logs are available to Client Admin for clients that manage provider, office or user date by file imports into par8o.
Using the Import Log:
- Click Imports.
- From the queue, you'll see details such as when the import was started, completed, and if it failed. The imports will also be labeled to differentiate the different files that may be imported for a client group.
- Navigate to the specific file import you'd like to view and click Details.
- Here you can Download the original file loaded, the full log, and the error log. Error logs and full logs are useful to determine why data may not have uploaded to par8o as expected. Note: Full logs will show information not included on the error logs such as 'human overrides' (when an office admin or client admin edits provider or office data).
