I’ve noticed that I can sometimes see offices for my providers that are wrong and I can’t adjust information on. How do I fix it?

Cloudmed takes data from several sources, so if you’re in an area where we have multiple clients or provider networks, we might be displaying data from multiple clients in the Office Admin section. So you might see providers listed in your office, and then when you view a provider you may see other offices. Not to worry, you can only edit data for offices you have Office Admin access to and your staff will only see referrals sent to the office that they work at. If you know that this data is wrong, and you don’t have access, contact par8o support.
