Archiving Referrals

Archiving a referral is an action that can be taken within an individual’s user account to remove a referral from one’s Work Queue. Typically, this feature is used when a staff member wants to move an older referral out of their work queue that no longer requires an action to be taken.

To archive, a referral, select the “Action Tab” on the referral you wish to archive, then, select the “Archive” option.

*Key Note: The Archive action is specific to the user who archived the referral. It will not appear archived for anyone else at the office or organization and would remain an active referral for other users.
Once the referral is archived, it will move to the “Archived” tab on the right-hand side of your page. 

A referral can be unarchived as well. To do so, navigate to the “Archive” tab, select the referral you wish to un-archive, and select “un-archive” from the “Select Action” tab. 
This will then move the referral back into your work queue under the “Requires Review” Tab.
Again, a referral only appears archived for the user that took the action. All other staff members in the office will find the referral visible in their work queue.
