How come some users in my office can see some referrals and others can’t?

It’s likely what we call a “provisioning” issue, which is a fancy way of saying user access or permission. All staff are set up to have permission to referrals by their associated office or offices. So, if you have one staff person who can see a referral and others who can’t, it’s most likely because they don’t have access to the office. You can check this in the office admin and make changes. It could also be because they have filters set on their work queue view.
