Deactivating/Reactivating Staff Users

If a staff person leaves your office, it's important to deactivate their par8o staff account. As a safeguard, par8o automatically deactivates accounts after 90 days of inactivity - however, you should manually deactivate the user as a standard part of your off-boarding process.

Note: Only users with client admin accounts or office staff accounts that include additional permissions to ‘Office Admin’ can deactivate/reactivate staff user accounts.

How to Deactivate a Staff Account

  1. Click Manage Staff.
  2. Search for the staff person that you want to deactivate.
  3. Click the gear button.
  4. Choose Deactivate. The information about the account will turn gray indicating it has been deactivated.

How to Reactivate a Staff Account

  1. Click Manage Staff.
  2. Search for the staff person that you want to reactivate.
  3. Click the gear button.
  4. Choose Activate. The information about the account will turn dark blue indicating it is now active.
