Deactivating/Reactivating Staff Users
If a staff person leaves your office, it's important to deactivate their par8o staff account. As a safeguard, par8o automatically deactivates accounts after 90 days of inactivity - however, you should manually deactivate the user as a standard part of your off-boarding process.
Note: Only users with client admin accounts or office staff accounts that include additional permissions to ‘Office Admin’ can deactivate/reactivate staff user accounts.
How to Deactivate a Staff Account
- Click Manage Staff.
- Search for the staff person that you want to deactivate.
- Click the gear button.
- Choose Deactivate. The information about the account will turn gray indicating it has been deactivated.
How to Reactivate a Staff Account
- Click Manage Staff.
- Search for the staff person that you want to reactivate.
- Click the gear button.
- Choose Activate. The information about the account will turn dark blue indicating it is now active.
