Removing Providers from an Office

While provider information is typically controlled by a file that comes from a network or organization's database, you can also manually update and remove providers from the office(s) that you manage. This is considered a "human override" to par8o's data, and is communicated back to the related client in a report.

How to Remove a Provider from an Office

  1. Click Manage Offices.
  2. Locate the office that the provider is currently listed as working at, and scroll to the right until you see the Manage column. Click the Gear icon and select Edit Physicians/Groups.

  3. Click the X next to a provider's name to remove him or her from the office.

  4. Click Save Changes.
