What do the stats mean on my homepage?

Sending Stats

  • Sent referrals - The total number of referrals you have sent in CareCompass.
  • Declined referrals - The percent of referrals you’ve sent that have been declined. If your decline rate is high, we recommend you review the reasons for decline. If, for example, you see several “outside of specialty” or “insurance not accepted” declines, you might need to communicate that to Cloudmed for us to update our data.

Receiving Stats

  • Responsiveness - The average amount of time it takes for you to take an action on a referral in business hours over the last 60 days. Please note that viewing a referral does not count as an action.
  • Time to schedule - The average amount of time it takes for you to log an appointment on a referral from the time it was sent to your office over the past 90 days. This metric includes every referral received by the providers you manage since the creation of your account!

Community Stats

  • Referrals sent - The total number of referrals sent from your county in CareCompass.
  • Chat messages - The total number of chat messages initiated from someone in your county.
