- The Requires Review tab includes all referrals that require action by your office, such as contacting/scheduling a received referral or finalizing a draft referral, and so on. Referrals in your Requires Review tab are also in the Received or Sent tab.
- The Received tab displays all referrals sent from another office to your office.
- The Sent tab displays all referrals that have been or will be sent from your office to another office, including referrals in Draft status.
