Who can read the chats I send in Cloudmed chat?

If you send a group/office chat or a referral chat, then everyone who has access to the referral at both the sending and receiving offices can see the chat message.

If you send a private message to someone else on Cloudmed chat in a one-to-one conversation, only you and the other person can read the message.
