par8o features four Authorization-related statuses: Authorization Required, Authorization Pending, Authorization Obtained, and Authorization Declined.
Selecting an Authorization Status When Sending a Referral
A group called "Authorization Information" is available on the left panel on the referral page. If the referral requires an authorization, select the Authorization Required label from the available options and proceed through the referral process.
Updating Authorization Status
- Go to the Work Queue and locate the referral.
- Next to the referral, click Select Action and select Update Auth Status.
- Choose the relevant status and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Click Save.
