If you are using the Provider Directory or sending a referral and notice incorrect provider and/or office information, you can submit changes to be reviewed by the team that maintains the directory information. Look for the " Report Incorrect Information" link underneath provider information.
Clicking the link displays a window where you can indicate the type of information that needs to be corrected along with any explanation necessary via a free text field. Once submitted, you'll see both in-app and email confirmation. All requests are tracked via a report in par8o admin, and an email is automatically triggered when each change request is submitted in par8o for review.
Please note that updating the information takes a varying amount of time based on the organization that owns the information. While most information will be updated within one week, in some special cases it may take up to a month for changes to be reflected in par8o.
