Using Quick Phrases

To see and edit quick phrases from any referral:

1. Start typing in any referral in the Add a Note to the Referral Record field. (If you don't see anything appear, try typing the word "Call".) 
2. At the bottom, click Add/Edit Your Own Quick Phrases. 
3. Click Add Quick Phrase.
4. Type your phrase and click Save.
5. Click Done.

To see and edit quick phrases from your preferences:

1. Click on your name in the upper-right corner and select Profile & Settings.
2. In the par8o Preferences section, click Edit Preferences next to Quick Phrase Preferences. 
3. Click Add Quick Phrase.
4. Type your phrase and click Save. 
5. Click Done.
