Reporting for Client Admin

Reporting is an important part of Cloudmed implementations. Client Admins have access to a variety of reports when they login into Cloudmed.

To create reports:

  1. Click Reports tab
  2. Select the report you'd like to download, see below for an overview of what each report entails
  3. Select the report parameters
  4. Select Generate Report
    1. Note: that some reports may take time to download due to the volume of data. If you close out of the window, you'll receive an email when the report is ready to be downloaded
    2. Note: reports generate as .csv files -- they may look like normal Excel files but no color coding, sorting, or newly created tabs will be saved; we recommend immediately re-saving as a .xlsx file

Overview of Reports:

Group Referral Progress (GRP)  This report is a snapshot-in-time view of information about individual referrals. Client admin sees all referrals in the client group (with an option to choose specific offices). Office admin sees referrals that were sent by or received by providers at the offices that they have admin access to. User Data  This report provides basic details about users including name, account type, and dates the account was updated. Client admin sees all users in the client group. Office admin sees all users at the offices they have admin access to.
User Action Audit This report contains details of actions taken in the par8o product by the selected user(s). Client admin can access this report for any user in their client group. Office admin can access this report for any user that is provisioned to an office they have admin access to.
User Audit This report details changes made to the user by both human users and importers. Client admin sees data for all users at offices in the client group. Office admin sees data for the users at the offices they have admin access to.  Note: this report is not available to all clients
Provider Audit  This report details changes made to provider profiles by both human users and importers. Client admin sees data for all offices in the client group. Office admin sees data for the providers at offices they have admin access to.
Office Audit This report details changes made to the office by both human users and importers. Client admin sees data for all offices in the client group. Office admin see data for the office they have admin access to. Client admin sees data for all offices in the client group. Office admin sees data for the providers at offices they have admin access to.
Physician Insurance Report This report has information on insurance plans marked as accepted by the provider in Cloudmed. Client admin sees data for all offices in the client group. Office admin sees data for the providers at offices they have admin access to.
Provider Incorrect Information  Some client groups allow for users to report incorrect information about providers directly in Cloudmed. For those clients, this report had details of the user-reported information. Client admin sees information for providers in their client group.  Note: this report is not available to all clients
User Action Audit   This report contains details of actions taken in the Cloudmed product by the selected user. Client admin can access this report for any user in their client group. Office admin can access this report for any user that is provisioned to an office they have admin access to.
