Summer 2021 Update: Faster emails, Admin account enhancements galore!
We’ve made changes to enhance and simplify your par8o CareCompass experience making you more in control of your account than ever before! With enhancements to both Office and ClientAdmin accounts, the referral work queue, and faster emails, CareCompass has never been easier to navigate.
In this Summer update, you’ll read about updates in three major categories:
- Faster Notification Emails
- Office Admin Enhancements
- Client Admin Enhancements
Office Admin Enhancements
- Office Admin can now add providers directly by NPI search. This makes provider identification easier and offers a higher confidence level in selecting the right provider.
- We’ve added an Office Name field to the Request a Provider form that appears when trying to send a referral to a provider not currently appearing in our database. Providing office naming information helps us display more recognizable information to all referral coordinators.,
Client Admin Enhancements
- We added the ability to remove providers from their master group (provider network). You'll find this button on the (name of tab) tab. When a provider is removed from a master group, all provider data related to the specific master group are removed, including:
- Offices
- Group membership
- Specialties
- We’ve added the ability to see an office’s unique Office ID when adding Office Admin privileges to a staff profile, in addition to the office name and address. This helps you more easily identify the correct office in the case that you manage several offices. .
- Client Admin accounts with the right privileges can now quickly access the referral work queue. This new option is found in the menu accessible by clicking on your name in the upper-right corner of the Client Admin screen. - We’ve also improved the way Client Admins add providers to mastergroups. Client Admins are now shown a pop-up message when attempting to add a provider to your network that is associated with a different master group. The prompt will allow you to submit a request to the CareCompass support team who will then review this information, verify that the provider has left the previous organization or is working for both organizations, and add this provider to your roster.
- Faster email notifications: We made a backend upgrade that allows our notification emails to be sent faster, making sure all staff receive emails quickly and without delay.
