How do I reset my password?
With all of the accounts and passwords you have to remember, it's easy to forget which password you used for which website! Did the password have 10 characters, or 6? Did you have to use a capital letter or a symbol, or both? It can be confusing.
par8o requires that your password has:
- 10 or more characters
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 number
As a security measure, par8o will "lock" your account if you enter the wrong password five times.
However, it's possible to unlock your own account -- without contacting support! To reset your password and/or unlock your account, simply start the sign-in process from the beginning -- but this time, click the Reset Password link right away.
- Click the Sign In button at the top-right of the page.
- Type your email address in the Email field.
- Click the Reset Password link.
par8o will automatically send you a password reset email. Follow the instructions in the email to unlock your account and reset your password. If you can't find the password reset email, we recommend a few different steps:- Check your 'Spam' folder
- Searching your inbox for messages "alerts@par8o.com"
